  • How long does shipping take?

    Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping takes approximately 7-15 business days depending on the product and supplier. Tracking information will be provided when available.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes! We offer free shipping on all products and all orders within Canada.

  • Do you ship outside of Canada?

    At this time, we only ship to addresses within Canada.

  • Where do you get your products from?

    We work with a variety of suppliers, including international partners, to bring you the best selection of Islamic lifestyle products. This means not all products are shipped from within Canada, and delivery times may vary depending on the item.

  • What is your return policy?

    We have a 15-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. To start a return, please contact us through our Contact Form. In some cases, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

  • How do I get a refund?

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
